The Best Chicken Marinade Ever
zest and juice of 1 lemon
zest and juice of 2 limes
1 Tbsp olive oil
pinch cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (I threw in a little fresh oregano too)
salt and pepper
2 chicken breasts (whole or cut into kebabs as above)
Whisk together the juices, zest, olive oil, and cayenne. Stir in the parsley and season to taste. Add chicken (whole or in pieces) and toss to coat. Let rest in fridge for 2 hours.
Grill whole breasts for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Skewered kebabs will take a little less time.

I've always been lazy and marinated with a bottle of French dressing but you've inspired me to do better! These juicy pieces of chicken look great!
I usually improvise when I'm making a chicken marinade but I'll have to give this a try!
I usually marinate chicken breast with calamansi, sprite and a dash of seasoning. and I think I need to try your recipe.
